Online recipe collections can be the way forward for a few, but paper hasn’t, so it’s mostly action for others. At the Triggerfish Cookshop in Blackrock, Co Dublin, you could discover these Cook’s Notebooks, the pages of which can be greaseproof and water-resistant.
According to shop proprietor Bob Toal, the paper is made with limestone extract, which is more environmentally friendly than pulp paper. Alternative to sugar-laden yogurt
Live Yogi is a brand new product from Alan and Valerie Kingston’s Glenilen Farm in Drimoleague, Co Cork that offers an alternative to the often sugar-encumbered yogurts pitched at younger consumers.
