Serves eight, Prep and Cook: forty-five mins
Ingredients:
- 380g packet Green’s Delicious Chocolate Brownie blend
- 2 eggs
- 80g butter, melted
- 200g packet Arnott’s Royals Milk Chocolate biscuits
- ½ x 250g block cream cheese
- 2 tbsp icing sugar mixture
- ½ cup thickened cream
- ½ x 250g punnet sparkling strawberries, sliced
- Finely grated white chocolate to decorate
Method:
Lightly grease a 25cm spherical springform pan. Line base and facet with baking paper. Prepare brownie mix the use of eggs and butter in keeping with packet instructions. Spoon into prepared pan. Spread flippantly. Press eight biscuits, base-aspect down, into brownie mix across the outer edge, leaving approximately a 3cm border from the pan’s aspect. Cut final biscuits into pieces. Reserve.
Cook in a mild oven (180C) for approximately 25 mins or until the center is firm to the touch. Remove. Cool in pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in the small bowl of an electric mixer until smooth. Add cream. Beat till thickened.
To serve, eliminate the side of the pan—transfer the brownie to a serving plate. Spread with cream cheese combination. Sprinkle with reserved chopped biscuits, strawberries, and chocolate. Cut into wedges.
